Appellant-defendant Richard Edward Andrews was convicted on a single count of possession of a firearm affecting interstate commerce by a convicted felon. 18 U.S.C. App. § 1202(a)(1). Andrews appeals, contending that the district court improperly denied his motion to suppress the admission of the weapon on which his indictment was based.
