This is an appeal from a judgment convicting the appellant of burglary in the third degree and sentencing him to one year imprisonment. On appeal, the principal issue is whether the trial court erred, as a matter of law, in failing to follow the requirements of KRS 29A.010 et seq. with respect to the selection of jury commissioners for Perry County, and the actual jury selection itself.
