In this civil action, Winterland Concessions Company ("Winterland") sued Edwin Trela, a T-shirt manufacturer, alleging violations of the Lanham Act, the Illinois Deceptive Practices Act, and the common-law right of publicity. Trela counterclaimed, alleging that Winterland had violated the civil rights and antitrust laws. The district court granted Winterland's request for a preliminary injunction, 528 F.Supp. 1201
