The petitioner-claimant, Timothy Mason, filed a claim under the Workmen's Compensation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.) for injuries sustained while employed by the respondent, the Hyster Company. The issues raised on appeal concern only the procedural history of the claim.
