Subsequently, Hoover, Cox and Miller obtained a judgment against Appellant for attorney fees in the amount of $3,596.00 plus interest and court costs, and filed an Application for Turnover pursuant to TEX.REV.CIV.STAT.ANN. art. 3827a (Vernon Supp. 1982-1983).
