This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted purchasers of unregistered securities for violations of the Missouri Uniform Securities Act by sellers. Appellant sellers consolidate their appeal from two orders: (1) granting summary judgment in favor of respondent buyers on October 4, 1983, and (2) determining the amount of interest, costs and attorneys' fees on November 3, 1983. We affirm.
