OPINION

O'BRIEN, Judge.

This is an Appeal of Right from the judgment of the Hamblen County Criminal Court convicting the defendant of unlawful possession of marijuana. The trial judge fixed the punishment at eleven months and twenty-nine days in the Hamblen County Jail and a fine of $50.

The sole issue presented by the appeal is whether the trial court erred in failing to grant defendant's motion to suppress...
