I. PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

This is an appeal from an order of the Bankruptcy Court that denied the application of the debtors for authority to use cash collateral, and in addition granted the secured lender relief from the automatic stay provision of the Bankruptcy Code. I have jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334, and will affirm the order of the Bankruptcy Court for the reasons set forth...
