Defendant was indicted for burglary in the second degree and grand larceny in the third degree for his participation in the burglary of a residence in which, in immediate flight therefrom, he and his companion were armed with loaded firearms allegedly stolen from the residence. In exchange for defendant's guilty plea, the prosecutor agreed not to object to defendant's being given youthful offender or juvenile treatment and recommended that a minimum sentence of zero to three...
