The appellee, Annie Belle Johnson, brought this action against Monsanto Company and Jesse L. Hutto, Jr. to recover for the wrongful death of her husband, B.B. Johnson. At the time of his death Mr. Johnson was working as an insulator for Owens-Corning Fiberglass Corporation at Monsanto's Texas City plant.
