KIRSHBAUM, Justice.

The People, pursuant to section 16-12-102, C.R.S.1973 (1978 Repl.Vol. 8), appeal the trial court's dismissal of an information charging defendant, William Edward Walker, with aggravated robbery,1 theft2 and crime of violence.3 We reverse and remand with directions.
