¶ Order reversed, on the law and the facts, motion denied and the defendants' convictions of attempted robbery in the first degree, and defendant Brown's conviction of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree reinstated. Judgments modified accordingly and matter remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for resentencing as to each defendant.
