This proceeding was initiated as a suit on an open account filed by Dr. Richard C. Baker on November 6, 1979 against Mrs. Claude Scott for dental services in the sum of $7,458 and 25% attorney's fees. Mrs. Scott answered denying liability and filed a reconventional demand for damages for dental malpractice.
