Appellant was convicted of voluntary manslaughter. On appeal he contends the trial court erred by denying his motion for a directed verdict of acquittal and by denying his motion to strike identification testimony relating to a photographic lineup.

The evidence disclosed that as appellant left a night club in Savannah, he retrieved his .22 caliber magnum revolver and bullets which he had checked...
