In this case, we must determine whether plaintiffs, 23 Michigan cities,1 are entitled to a money judgment based upon the state's failure to fully reimburse plaintiffs for overtime compensation paid to their fire fighters pursuant to the Minimum Wage Law of 1964, as amended by 1978 PA 604, MCL 408.384a; MSA 17.255(4a).2 We hold that such a money judgment may enter.
