¶ Order modified, by granting defendants' motion to the extent of directing a further examination before trial of the plaintiff for the sole purpose of disclosing all material and necessary evidence pertaining to the seat belt defense, in accordance herewith. As so modified, order affirmed, with costs to the appellants.
