This is an appeal of a medical malpractice suit. Summary judgment was granted because the action was barred by the statute of limitations. Appellant Stephens contends: that the alleged malpractice was "fraudulently concealed" from him, tolling the statute of limitations; that there is an issue of fact as to when the concealment ended; and, that summary judgment, therefore, was improperly granted.
