This case involves destruction by fire of a building and its contents, the insurer of which, the appellant company, unsuccessfully defended on the basis of arson and fraud a suit against it by the insureds, the appellees Fryers, for the policy proceeds. This appeal is from a Hart Circuit Court jury verdict judgment against the appellant company for $87,305.79 representing the appellees Fryers' personal property...
