Fred Allred, one of the defendants in the above styled and numbered wrongful death action, has moved this court to quash service of process and dismiss the complaint filed against him for lack of in personam jurisdiction. The defendant Allred is now an adult resident citizen of the State of Utah, and at the time of the actions complained of was a resident of the State of Tennessee and Bishop of the Memphis...
