Miller appeals the trial court's order revoking his probation. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

He was charged with the following violations: (1) failure to file written monthly reports for the months of February and March, 1983; (2) theft on February 10, 1983, by "unlawfully [depriving] Safety Cab Company ... of $15 for services rendered"; and (3) defrauding an innkeeper on April 4, 1983, by "unlawfully [depriving] Jerry's Restaurant...
