Relators, W.W. Rodgers and Sons Produce Company and W.W. Rodgers and Sons Trucks, Inc., seek mandamus against respondent, the Honorable H. Dee Johnson, judge of the 44th Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas, ordering Judge Johnson to permit certain discovery. We grant leave to file the petition for writ of mandamus.
