Herbert Roberts appeals from a trial court judgment dismissing his action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. We reverse.

Herbert Roberts is a trainer of thoroughbred racehorses by profession. Prior to the events which gave rise to this case, Roberts was employed by Paradise Farms, of Longview, Texas, and regularly raced their horses at Louisiana Downs Racetrack in Bossier Parish...
