This civil action seeks recovery of damages because of the tragic and brutal shooting of a black Jamaica Plain High School student while participating in an interscholastic football game in Charlestown. Darryl Williams, the victim of the shooting has brought a civil rights action against the City of Boston, the former Mayor, the District Attorney, and members of the School Committee, as well as school and police officials...
