Scott Andrew Behn, defendant-appellant, was charged and found guilty by a jury of unauthorized use of a movable (a 1979 Ford Van), having a value of over $1,000, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:68. The State then filed a bill of information charging that the defendant was a second offender under the Habitual Offender Law, LSA-R.S. 15:529.1.
