The defendant appeals from a summary judgment declaring that its plan of reparation security provides no-fault basic economic loss benefits to plaintiff, who was injured on October 18, 1981, when the 1972 Ford LTD in which he was riding left the road. The defendant contends that the named insured had sold the 1972 Ford LTD four or five days prior to the accident and that the defendant's policy terminated when the named insured ceased to own the automobile...
