Appellants Freda and Harvey Jahnke appeal their intrafamilial sexual abuse convictions. Freda Jahnke was convicted of two counts of intrafamilial sexual abuse in the second degree in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.3642, subd. 1(1) (1982), and two counts of intrafamilial sexual abuse in the first degree in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.3641, subd. 1 and 609.05 (1982).
