WEIS, Circuit Judge.

In this appeal from a proceeding to foreclose on collateral, the issue is whether a district court has personal jurisdiction over an out of state bank because it has received a loan from a bank in the forum district. We conclude that the minimum contacts required for due process have not been established when the non-resident bank does no more than borrow from and repay a loan to the forum bank by wire transfer....
