PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs appeal as of right from an order of the trial court dated January 12, 1984, dismissing on grounds of mootness plaintiffs' action to set aside defendants' appointment of the Menominee County treasurer. The matter comes to us on a stipulation of facts, the relevant portions of which are as follows.
