The plaintiffs own a 2.2 acre parcel of land (Lot 23) located in the town of Hampton. The plaintiffs appealed to the superior court the Hampton Zoning Board of Adjustment's (ZBA) denial of their request for a building permit to construct a single family residence on Lot 23.
