DRAUGHN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, for which punishment was three years imprisonment. Appellant contends on appeal that the trial court erred by admitting a statement in violation of her post-arrest right to silence, by admitting the firearm into evidence, and by refusing to submit the issue of the legality of the search to the jury.
