Appellant James Bockes was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court of Adair County, Missouri, of first degree robbery, § 569.020,1 and armed criminal action, § 571.015. A persistent offender, he was sentenced to concurrent terms of twenty and five years imprisonment, respectively.
