The defendant, Alfred Henry, Jr., was charged with distribution of marijuana, and after a trial by jury was found guilty of attempted distribution of marijuana. The defendant was given a suspended sentence of 18 months at hard labor and was placed on supervised probation for a period of two years subject to special conditions.
