This is an appeal by appellant Joseph H. Jackson, from the judgment of sentence entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County. Following a trial by jury, appellant was convicted of murder in the first-degree, robbery, possession of an instrument of crime, and possession of prohibited offensive weapons. Post-trial motions were denied, and appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment on the charge of murder, not less than five nor more than...
