Plaintiff-appellant Roy A. Dorsey d/b/a Dorsey-Alston Company brought this action against defendant-appellee Pegram Harrison, seeking recovery of a 6% real estate commission in the amount of $24,000. A bench trial resulted in a verdict in favor of defendant-appellee. Plaintiff-appellant brings this appeal challenging certain of the trial court's findings of fact and conclusions of law.
