ASHLAND, Bankruptcy Judge:

The Chapter 7 trustee brought suit against the appellant James E. Bateman and other individuals to quiet title to a particular piece of real property. The bankruptcy court issued an order granting summary judgment in favor of the trustee and denying Bateman's cross motion for summary judgment.
