Thompson, Governor of Illinois, issued a rendition warrant for the return of defendant, Deborah Ann Evans, to Michigan. Evans had been charged in Michigan, by four complaints, with the unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, psilocybin. She was charged in Illinois and arrested...
