This is a suit for damages brought under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act by appellees, Mr. and Mrs. Dickenson, as purchasers of a residence, against the appellant, Harry Miller, Jr., as the builder/vendor. This court previously affirmed the judgment of the trial court in an opinion issued June 14, 1984. Appellant filed a motion for rehearing which basically reurged his points on appeal.
