This case involves breach of contract to pay money and breach of fiduciary duty. Nolana Development Association, a joint venture, sued Ann Corsi, individually and as trustee, alleging that her failure to pay part of the mortgage on Nolana's lot resulted in the foreclosure and loss of the property.
