This is an action filed by appellants, as lessors of an oil and gas lease covering 25,866.79 acres of land located in Zavala and Uvalde Counties seeking declaratory relief against appellees, lessees and assignees of interests in said lease, based upon appellant's belief that delay rentals had not been timely paid as required by the lease.
