This is a mechanic's and materialman's lien case.

Appellant, Q.O. "Bo" Stewart (Stewart), is a general contractor. Appellees, Shannon Kelley Clark and Marjorie G. Hugo, were joint tenants and co-owners of a home located in Key Allegro Island Estates in Aransas County. In August 1980, the property owned by appellees was damaged as a result of Hurricane Allen.
