ORDER

This matter is before the Court upon the defendant's petition for writ of certiorari to review the order of the Honorable Edward K. Washington, Judge of the Guilford County Superior Court, dated 20 October 1983 denying the petitioner's motion for appropriate relief. The petition is allowed for the limited purpose of entering the following order:

The 100-year sentence is hereby VACAED and this cause is REMANDED to the Superior Court of Guilford County...
