OPINION

UTTER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in favor of appellee Abelino Rivera in the amount of Nineteen Thousand One Hundred Sixteen Dollars ($19,116.00) in damages, plus Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) in attorney's fees. Appellant attacks the judgment of the trial court in fourteen points of error. We affirm.
