Plaintiff sued defendant, seeking commissions under two "exclusive right to sell" contracts. Following nonjury trial, the trial court found that plaintiff was entitled to a commission of $55,000.00, less $5,000.00 previously received. It entered judgment of $50,000.00 for plaintiff.
