The appellant, G. Wayne Taylor, commenced this action against the appellees, Harris Blackwood and WALB-TV, Inc., alleging that he had been defamed in a television broadcast at 6:00 p. m. and 11:00 p. m. on March 10, 1982. He filed his complaint on the morning of March 10, 1983. The appellees moved for judgment on the pleadings, asserting that the appellant's action was barred by the statute of limitations, and the trial court granted that motion...
