The State appeals an order granting appellee Frederick Alexander Dukes' motion for discharge on speedy trial grounds. We affirm.

On April 16, 1982, several warrants for the arrest of Dukes were issued in Volusia County, charging Dukes with armed robbery, robbery, and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
