At issue in this appeal is the propriety of a trial court's1 order upholding the issuance of an administrative search warrant to OSHA, but limiting the scope of the warrant. This court's jurisdiction is based on 28 U.S.C. § 636(c)(3) and 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We affirm the trial court's order denying the motion to quash the warrant, but reverse...
