This is an appeal from final judgment of the trial court imposing two sentences of death. We have jurisdiction pursuant to article V, section 3(b)(1), Florida Constitution.

A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted Clarence Jackson in October 1981 for the first-degree murders of Roger McKay and Terrance Milton. A jury convicted Jackson on both counts, and recommended death for both murders. The trial court sentenced Jackson to death on the...
