This is a slip and fall case coming to us on leave granted on plaintiff's petition for leave to appeal a June 24, 1982, opinion and order of the circuit court for Wayne County, affirming a common pleas court jury verdict of no cause of action. Leave to appeal was granted by this Court on March 18, 1983. A certified statement of facts was adopted by the Wayne Circuit Court.
