We granted certiorari to review Memorial Gardens, Inc. v. Olympian Sales & Management Consultants, Inc., 661 P.2d 296 (Colo.App.1982), in which the Court of Appeals affirmed an El Paso County district court judgment that defendant Olympian Sales & Management Consultants, Inc. (Olympian) did not tortiously interfere with preneed funeral contracts
