The trial court awarded plaintiff Wendell Lindahl judgment for $15,000 under the uninsured motorist coverage of his automobile insurance policy with defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. In doing so the court invalidated a policy exclusion that otherwise would have barred Lindahl's recovery. State Farm contends the court erred in striking the exclusion.
